31-10-2011 Our only problem we had was that the car broke down one evening while picking friends up. We had to go in friends car as we were late_ called the emergency no. on our return back to friends house at midnight and could not get through. Our friends kindly made us a bed for the night and we called emergency no. 8am next morning. The RAC were there within an hour and found both battery terminals loose (on a nearly new car). Apart from that we were very happy.

However despite this the service provided was excellent. 16-03-2010 The best point was the fact that I was able to pay for absolutely everything when making my booking and was confident that even though the supplier as usual tried to sell me _excess_ insurance I did not need to bother since you had agreed to pay any excess should it have occurred. Thank you_ it makes everything so much clearer right from the beginning.
