It wasn_t clear to the supplier that I did NOT need to pay for extra coverage to have a excess waiver. On telling them that I was covered already they said I was mistaken and tried to get me to purchase their coverage. - i did not_ but this should be clearer to the supplier so people aren_t pressured into buy extra insurance. - otherwise..all good - thanks

I had to point out little blemishes-stone chips scratches.The car was wet and these could have gone un-noticed. They should have been listed.
