on arrival it took over one _ half hours to collect hire car. Everyone in the collection office were very unhappy with the service.

Initially offered a Hyundi which was not felt to be equivalent to a Mercedes or other makes mentioned when booked (booking advert had not said _or equivalent_. We were delighted with the upgrade we received to a BMW.
