Everyone in the collection office were very unhappy with the service. 10-10-2011 only criticism is that we didnt know where to go to collect the car - we found the shuttle bus by accident. apart from that - great service. thanks 07-10-2011 Very impressed with speed of collection _ drop off. Car was in excellent condition and appeared to be virtually new. Did feel that we should of been made aware that there would be a damage deposit to be paid on collection_ but other than this an excellent service. 21-09-2011 would prefer to pick car up full and return full. we felt we had to use it more at the end to use the diesel up. overall excellent service though
