Your _Zero EXCESS_ claim on the voucher is misleading_ as it doesn_t say that certain limitations apply_ for example for flat battery etc._ so I was disappointed to learn that there is in fact an excess to be paid if something happens to the car.

Yes the sart Nav was two years out of date so many new roads did not feature and tehre is a bollard cordon of private parking taround the centre of Ljublana. Our rental car was towed away!But our hotel paid the fine for mis informing us!
