Very happy with the whole experience. Not an up-market company_ but perfectly good for our purposes.

The only drawback is not knowing the supplier or being able to choose the supplier. I prefer an off-site supplier as it is quicker and easier to collect and return than from suppliers based at the airport.

only issue was the supplier was located in another terminal 4KM away and you did not advise of this when we eventually found out a ten minute free transfer bus ride was available but we spent 2 hours messing around. Overall very good

It would be helpful for the local agent to have a map or part of a map to allow returning cars to find the homebase more easily. The written instructions did NOT include the Zip code.
