Third Party Liability cover amounts included in the rates:
- For bodily injuries per accident, up to 3800000 Euro per injured person.
- For property damages per accident (excluding rented car), up to unlimited amount.

Payment :
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard / Mastercard, VISA.
A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented as guarantee for the rental. Our local car rental partner may reserve an amount of up to 2000 Euro (depending on your selected car group) as guarantee, which will be released after the end of the rental period if no damage/theft has occurred.
Before one of the following vehicles is hired, the car rental partner will obtain an approval to the amount of EUR 3000 per credit card: Mercedes-Benz S-class, BMW 7 series, Mercedes-Benz M-class, BMW X5, VW Touareg, Audi Q7.
To hire one of the following vehicles, customers must present two credit cards: Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes-Benz S-class, BMW 7 series, Mercedes-Benz M-class, BMW X5, VW Touareg, Audi Q7 and car groups D2, D3, E2, K.
Please note that all local payments will be made in Euro.

Driver requirements :
Maximum age of driver is 79 years.
Driver must hold a full, valid licence for at least 1 year with no major endorsements for groups: A2, B, C, D, D+, D1, F, F1,
2 years for groups: D2, E, E1, E1+, F2, F6, F7, G, G1, M,
and 3 years for groups: D3, D4, D5, E2, E2+, F3, F4, F5, F8, G2, G3, K, K+, K1, M+, M1.
International driver’s licence is required for non EU citizens (except Swiss).
A driving licence from the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is accepted. Driving licence from Brazil and Russia is not accepted, in such case an International one must be provided. A South African driver's licence may be accepted, depending on our local car rental partner.

Ferrying the car :
Domestic is normally allowed. Any extra cost will be paid locally.
You have to inform the car rental company that you will take the rented car on a ferry.

Across the border rentals :
are allowed into the following countries : Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Cross Border Rentals are allowed to the following countries but not with Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Porsche and all Special Cars and Offroader: Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Please note that in case one of the above models is presented as example car, this group is also not allowed.
It is also allowed to enter the last mentioned countries with all vehicles of car groups M, M+ and M1 (including MB Vito, MB Viano, MB V class and MB Vaneo) and vans.
If you wish to travel to Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia, for theft / damages which occur in these countries, the car rental company might charge you up to the excess amount of 2450 Euro, depending on your selected car group.
It is not allowed to drive the car to Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, FYROM, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania and Serbia.
Cross border card must be ordered during the booking procedure.
In case of offence against Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions all insurances lose their validity.
