The GPS system was not on the supplier’s order_ i.e. you at economy car rentals did not send them over the information a GPS was needed. They did not have any GPS system_ which left me completely stuck. Luckily the supplier was able to borrow one from another supplier.
You HAVE to make sure that when you send an order over EVERYTHING is on that order – this left me totally screwed_ but it was resolved no thanks to yourselves.
