The service was excellent_ and we are very pleased of having rented a car from Economy Car Rentals. The only thing_ if we were to complain_ was that the agent was not at the meeting point and we had to contact him by phone. But it is a minor issue. Overall_ the service and prive were very good and we definetily will rent a car with you again next time we are on vacation.
Ec Car was this time in Lisboa represented by another Comp. (Intn. Car) so it took some time before we were able to leave the airport and that wasn_t an ideal situation with 2 tired grandchildren!
