I think we would have been happier if someone checked the car when we left it to put our mind at ease because of the card details they kept!
The rental process went very well. The only issue was that the front left headlamp did not work in dipped mode. It will make me check these things more thoroughly in future but meant that the supplier had not checked the vehicle for basic roadworthiness prior to the rental.
