On 2no occasions when booking cars with you I have requested airport collection when booking but then been told I will need to collect the car from an off airport supplier when the final confirmation comes through. I find this really annoying. I have business at the airport when I arrive _ do not wish to wish leave the airport only to have to drive back. On this trip I had to cancel the original booking with you so you could rebook me with an on airport supplier and I had to pay an additional fee. If I tick Airport collection at booking that is where I expect to collect the car.
