I requested airport collection and drop off_ this was not the case. It took me some 20 mins to find the supplier and was then bussed to the agency office. The car had to be returned to the agency office on return and then I was transported back to the airport. Irritating to say the least. Overall I have no complaints with the service and will use you again.
